As part of our ongoing “Raps New Generation” series, today we sat down with the upcoming underground artist MC savage_SA from South Africa to talk about his recent music, his upcoming projects, his career advice and his overall experiences being in the music industry and he did not disappoint…

Thanks for taking the time to talk with us, MC savage_SA! Let’s go back to the beginning of your career. How did you decide to become an artist?

MC savage_SA: I was listening to lil Wayne music and I was raping all the songs of lil Wayne so I started to think that what if I can write my own song and record them than I started writing and raping until now

What about concerts? Do you play live?

Yes I do concerts and play live

Best punchline you ever wrote?

My mouth is an pumgun I'M shooting them with my punchlines

What are you currently working on? Did you release something in the past?

I have released an single but now I'm working on an EP that is going to called 18years old

Last but not least: Would you sign a record contract with a major label?

Yes I will when I get to that and I will stay positive to my self and make sure that my fan are happy
