As part of our ongoing “Rap’s New Generation” series, today we sat down with the upcoming underground artist Ceo Rizzy from Detroit to talk about his recent music, his upcoming projects, his career advice and his overall experiences being in the music industry and he did not disappoint…

Thanks for taking the time to talk with us, Ceo Rizzy! Let’s go back to the beginning of your career. How did you decide to become an artist?

Ceo Rizzy: Basically out of other people Dropping the ball so I just jumped in it head first at first it was hard but I like challenges so I grind until I found my flow you kno!!

Invest into yourself and grind like a MF playin successful only get you so far!!!

What about concerts? Do you play live?

Yes I played many live events I love them it gives me a chance to connect with the real fans and vibe. But concerts are more to the point let the crowd have fun I’m done type of thing. Don’t get me wrong I love them both but live events fill more close with my fans!

Go hard or sleep in a park on a bench bum

What are you currently working on? Did you release something in the past?

I’m currently working on this new merch line for my record label Never Rich Enough Music coming out 2019. called #Richwear this merch is Dope. I think my fans and supporters will like it. Also we just Dropped a single called lost by the N.R.E Boyz it’s a hot single plus it’s all true facts I’m speaking no cap. Last but not least: Would you sign a record contract with a major label?

Um I mean anything is possible if they’re willing to see the vision and play it fair!! I’m just gonna say the shit got to be a partnership type deal or sponsorship opportunities or something like that!!!
