As part of our ongoing “Raps New Generation” series, today we sat down with the upcoming underground artist Danimus from Limbe to talk about his recent music, his upcoming projects, his career advice and his overall experiences being in the music industry and he did not disappoint…

Thanks for taking the time to talk with us, Danimus! Let’s go back to the beginning of your career. How did you decide to become an artist?

Danimus: I decided to become an artist when i discover that music was truely my hoby because i started dancing and singing when i was still in pramary school at the age of 5 years.i also study my horoscope singn which is gemini and fund out that am sopost to be a star and nothing eles.

The best advice given to me as an artist is that i should not put money as my first preority in the field.that let it be something that i love naturally then money will follow leter.


What about concerts? Do you play live?

Yes i alwas go for live concerts and perform.

Best punchline you ever wrote?

I am promising everyone i will be the best rapper and singer


What are you currently working on? Did you release something in the past?

Am working on my first album because what i had released before is my first single which is called beautiful is my first single that i had been performing on verous stages all this wile.

Last but not least: Would you sign a record contract with a major label?

Yes i will sign a contract with a major label and am ready to give them 40% and take 60% for my self.

Any last words?

Yes am giving a shoutouts to my people here in the studio especialy the producer of my first single,my elder brother musong emmanuel,marc eric,hans star and the president of our artist union called zimbistic. i also give a shoutout to the mayor ,s.d.o, governor and everyboby living in my beautiful city called limbe.
