Featured artist: Aco Rasta – The Movement Is Real

As part of our ongoing “Raps New Generation” series, today we sat down with the upcoming underground artist Aco Rasta from Aurora Colorado to talk about his recent music, his upcoming projects, his career advice and his overall experiences being in the music industry and he did not disappoint…

Thanks for taking the time to talk with us, Aco Rasta! Let’s go back to the beginning of your career. How did you decide to become an artist?

Aco Rasta: I was just listening to music and enjoyed it and looked up to a few artist and just decided i wanted to be a artist myself. So thats when i started making music on my own dropping mixtapes and music videos.

The best advice i got from an artist was just to keep rapping and keep believing in myself that i could make it and to never look back and keep doing what im doing for my city.
