Blues, Rhymes and Life

Featured artist: Hope – Blues, Rhymes and Life

Below is a short interview with the upcoming underground artist Hope.

How did you decide to become an artist?

Hope: I always felt like I had to write and document everything that I was feeling and everything that was happening around me. This journey we call life is full of inspirational moments, it is up to us to capture them and turn them into something; that's how art is made.

Regardless of what you go through life, maintain your focus

What about concerts? Do you play live?

I do shows now and then alongside the members of Persona

Best punchline you ever wrote?

"I got a spraycan flow paint the picture when i feel the pressure"

What are you currently working on? Did you release something in the past?

I'm currently working on a new EP. I released an EP called "Sunday Blues" on 2015, available for free through my soundcloud.

Last but not least: Would you sign a record contract with a major label?

Depending on the situation. It is possible for artists to get their voice heard and reach their audience without the need of record contracts nowdays.

Any last words?

Shot Out to: SIC, Faris, Persona(Steven and Adam. The Otherside Hooligans(Ruben and Cruzer), Ghetto Designs(The Homie Tito!), Xime Vasquez :),Hippie Snooks. My boy Luis Arciga always giving me good advice and lastly, to my right and left hands Bobby and Sandra(Lets Keep Pushing).
