Below is a short interview with the upcoming underground artist Prince Lucci Vegas.

How did you decide to become an artist?

Prince Lucci Vegas: I always rapped since the 1st grade, I just like music it’s the only thing I know how to do fully good besides football.

You got to do what you got to do, to survive.

What about concerts? Do you play live?

Yea, I do live shows here and there, I’ve done a couple festivals & performed at club venues.

Best punchline you ever wrote?

Not to be cliche, I’ll let y’all listen and choose because I honestly can’t decide and I don’t know if I even said it yet.

What are you currently working on? Did you release something in the past?

I’m working on that dope shit, my new project ”The G.O.A.T. of Planet Namek,” it’s going to be dope. I release a lot of work in the past like over 30 projects but I got a mixtape out that I’m getting a lot of good feedback on called ”Trilladelphia” so go check that out on bandcamp, datpiff, or just Google it you’ll find it.

Last but not least: Would you sign a record contract with a major label?

I would if I full rights to my own work and can work at my pace. Also the got sign me for 5 mill or more, I know my worth and I know what I need to execute a good album and tour. I think the pros to a major is better marketability and distribution. The cons are like 360 deals but that’s also the artist fault not reading the fine print, and they can self you or drop you if they don’t believe in your vision no more.

Any last words?

Man shoutout to my bros in Dope Nerd $quad Zxthlordsnakejudvs, T.A.N. E Love, Rob, Okem, Joeboy, Kidd Vonn, Oni, Kumi, Camo the Cosmokilla, etc. Shoutout to my homies down the villa. I’m representing my hometown Philly & my 2nd home Baltimore.
